Description

HENSOLDT Simsphere Radar Performance Simulation (RPS) is designed to predict the performance and effectiveness of systems or functional groups with HENSOLDT radars in the design or implementation phase. RPS supports also pre- and post-fight analysis.

The qualified performance - and functional models provided by RPS can be customized in terms of fidelity, complexity and performance. Radar validation, maintenance and evolution are sustainably supported by a common model-based / model-driven development process.

  • Provide multiple instantiated, non-real-time, deterministic performance and function models (Monte Carlo Simulation) to predict radar performance / functionality embedded in the overall system.

This includes the determination / approval of important design parameters such as reactivity, communication bandwidth, etc. and last but not least to avoid costly redesign due to incorrect design decisions in late phases.
