Our responsibility under the European Packaging Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR)
As part of our responsibility for packaging and packaging waste, we comply with the requirements of the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 and the applicable national Extended Producer Responsibility regulations in the countries where we put packaged products on the market.

Our roles as an economic operator
With regard to the definitions set out in Article 3 of the PPWR (EU) 2025/40, our company assumes the roles of producer, importer, and manufacturer.
We ensure compliance with the resulting obligations in accordance with the applicable requirements and timelines.
The declarations of conformity for which the right-mentioned corporate entities are responsible, either directly as producers or as importers within the scope of their verification obligations, can be requested from the relevant contacts.
Appropriate documentation is maintained.
