Protecting human rights
Compliance with international obligations to protect human rights is a high priority for HENSOLDT. As a universal set of rules, the Code of Conduct reaffirms HENSOLDT's commitment to upholding human rights inside and outside the company.
Sustainability and human rights considerations are not treated as standalone topics, but as core components of our business practices. As part of our risk management approach, we assess a defined set of human rights and environmental risks, both within our own operations and throughout our supply chain.
We are committed to ensuring that our supply chain reflects the same ethical and legal standards we uphold, promoting fair labor practices, environmental protection, and responsible sourcing at every level of our operations, as it is outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct and our Human Rights Statement.
The values and practices set forth at HENSOLDT comply with internationally recognized standards set forth in charters, declarations and guidelines, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the International Labor Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
Our commitment to protecting human rights
“The HENSOLDT Group is aware of its responsibility to respect human rights and prevent any kind of human rights violations, both within our Group and along our supply chains. As a company, we want to actively contribute to avoiding harm to people and the planet in our business activities.”
