HENSOLDT moves into new office location in Ulm
HENSOLDT, a leading provider of sensor systems, is expanding its capacity with a new office site in Ulm. The company is currently undergoing a phase of strong growth and profound change. Markets are evolving rapidly, customer expectations are rising, and so too are the demands on delivery capabilities.
The “Energon” is an office building built to passive house standards on the Eselsberg in Ulm. It provides space for more than 400 workstations spread across five floors. The building features a reinforced concrete frame structure and is equipped with state-of-the-art, sustainable air-conditioning technology.
“Demand for modern defence technology is currently growing very strongly, and with it our need for greater capacity,” says Peter Schlote, HENSOLDT Site Manager in Ulm. “This growth is prompting us to develop new concepts and site expansions for the future in various areas. The new office building is a further response to this.”
