Around 100 colleagues took to the starting line together – the Board of Management and Executive Committee set an example of team spirit in action

Team spirit, exercise and social commitment took centre stage at this year’s B2RUN Munich.

HENSOLDT was once again represented by a strong team and combined the corporate run with a fundraising campaign in aid of the charity Menschen für Menschen.

The HENSOLDT team stand, which had been set up once more, proved to be a popular meeting place before and after the run. Here, colleagues came together, shared their experiences and celebrated their successes together.

The company’s management sent a special signal about the importance of team spirit: all three members of the Executive Board – Oliver Dörre, Christian Ladurner and Inka Tews – took to the starting line alongside the staff. Christian Schmidt and Sven Heursch from the Executive Committee also actively supported the team and took part in the run.

“Team spirit isn’t just fostered in day-to-day work, but also through shared experiences such as the B2RUN. Events like this strengthen cohesion and create connections that go beyond everyday working life. I’m delighted that we were once again represented by such a committed team this year,” says HENSOLDT CEO Oliver Dörre.

The B2RUN Munich has now become an integral part of HENSOLDT’s shared annual calendar and underlines the importance of a corporate culture in which collaboration and community spirit are highly valued. The event combines sporting ambition with team spirit and social commitment – values that shape the company even beyond the day-to-day working environment.
