Inka Tews assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at HENSOLDT AG effective May 1, 2026. She is a member of the Executive Board and is responsible for the global HR organization, facility management including corporate security and sustainability.

Inka Tews brings over 25 years of experience in human resources management at international technology companies. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Infineon Technologies, she led global HR functions with a focus on business partnering. There, she played a key role in shaping personnel structures for global growth and transformation phases. Her career also includes several years of leadership experience in North America as well as in-depth expertise in organizational development and post-merger integration.
