At ILA Berlin (10–14 June 2026), HENSOLDT, as a European neo-systems house, will demonstrate how sensor data from various platforms and domains is used to create a reliable situational picture and thus decision-making superiority. The focus of the exhibition at the Defence Park (Stand G-200) will be on various thematic areas that bring to life the journey from detection to effect.

HENSOLDT has completed the acquisition of Nedinsco, headquartered in Venlo, the Netherlands, after receiving all required regulatory approvals.

Nedinsco is a leading European specialist in opto-mechatronic subsystems for armoured vehicles, designing and manufacturing periscopes, driver-vision systems, and sensor units for some of the most important land platforms in service across Europe.

The acquisition strengthens HENSOLDT's Optronics division and expands the company's capability in vehicle optronics, situational awareness, and rapid prototyping for defence applications.

HENSOLDT raises its adjusted free cash flow guidance for the 2026 financial year from around 40% to around 50% conversion on adjusted EBITDA.

The increase is mainly driven by a higher level of customer advance payments, supported by accelerated procurement processes in Germany.

The sensor system house HENSOLDT presents the modular SAR solution for satellite-based reconnaissance OrbitISR that combines high-performance imaging with a high degree of integration flexibility. The SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) electronics kit combines high-resolution, all-weather, day-and-night operation with an architecture that provides system integrators with increased certainty during development, integration, and subsequent upgrades.

The sensor system house HENSOLDT has secured a contract from the Canadian company SkyAlyne, a joint venture between CAE and KF Aerospace. HENSOLDT will supply its ASR-NG air traffic control (ATC) radar to 15 Wing Moose Jaw.
