Dr Lars Immisch, member of the Management Board and Director of Human Resources at HENSOLDT AG, will step down from the Management Board at the turn of the year 2025/2026 for health reasons. As announced by the Supervisory Board of HENSOLDT AG, the Management Board, together with the HR management team, will ensure continuity in the area of human resources until the succession solution already agreed upon takes effect in the new year.

Sensor solution provider HENSOLDT presents TAERVUS, a fully integrated system for Electromagnetic Warfare (EW). Among other things, it combines state-of-the-art radio direction finders, receivers and jammers/exciters with powerful signal processing software and HENSOLDT's own Spectrum Battle Management Suite (SBMS). These systems, trusted and field-proven over many years, are now presented under a unified name. TAERVUS covers both COMINT (communications intelligence) and ELINT (electronic intelligence) in the HF, VHF and UHF ranges up to higher microwave bands and offers jamming capabilities against enemy communications and radar systems. The name, which is composed of the Latin words Terra for earth and Corvus for crow, reflects the system's self-image and identity as a land EW solution, while the crow, as the symbolic animal of electromagnetic warfare, also has a firm place in this product.

Sensor solutions provider HENSOLDT has received a major order worth just under one billion euros. The customer is General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS). Over the next seven years, the company will equip the German Armed Forces' new Next Generation (NG) reconnaissance vehicle LUCHS 2 with state-of-the-art sensor technology and the CERETRON mission system. The order is considered the largest single order in this capability area in HENSOLDT's history.

The International armament organisation, Organisation for Joint Armament Co-operation (OCCAR), has commissioned HENSOLDT to provide In-Service Support (ISS) for the artillery detection radar COunter Battery RAdar (COBRA) for a further three years.
