Sensor specialist HENSOLDT recorded an order intake of more than 1.4 billion euros between October 2024 and January 2025. All business units contributed to this, including orders for the Eurofighter Mk1 radar, for the optronic systems of the Leopard 2 A8 and for the modernisation of the Bundeswehr's Electronic Warfare Centre (ZEK).

Sensor solutions provider HENSOLDT UK is delighted to reaffirm its commitment to the Visually Impaired Veterans Ski Club (VIVSC) by sponsoring another incredible skiing experience for visually impaired veterans in Canazei, Italy.

This year, HENSOLDT UK donated £2,000 to the VIVSC, continuing its long-standing commitment to the armed forces community. The funding helps make the annual trip possible, allowing veterans to participate in a unique experience combining challenge, achievement, and camaraderie.

The Supervisory Board of HENSOLDT AG extended the contract of HENSOLDT CHRO Dr. Lars Immisch to 30.04.2029. Lars Immisch has been responsible for the HR function on the Management Board of HENSOLDT AG since 1 October 2022.

"Lars Immisch has played a major role in HENSOLDT's continued growth and, in particular, in building a modern, inclusive corporate culture. The early extension of his contract confirms the value of his contribution,” said Reiner Winkler, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HENSOLDT AG.

“The Management Board in its current composition of CEO, CFO and CHRO gives the company the stability needed in the current transformation process towards HENSOLDT 2.0.”

Katja Ziegler will resign from her position as Managing Director and CFO of ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH on 31 March 2025 and leave the company at her own request and on the best of terms in order to take on new professional challenges.

HENSOLDT has successfully completed the modernisation project “Einsatzunterstützungsanlage Neue Technologien“ (EUA NT) after testing the system at four Bundeswehr helicopter bases. The aim of the project, which was commissioned by the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw) in May 2022, is to upgrade the EUA, which has been in use for more than a decade, for the next 15 years of operation.
