System simulation products

The simulation of complex systems comprising different subcomponents facilitates the mapping of various scenarios and provides simulative answers to questions. This enables system behaviour to be tested in different situations, and vulnerabilities and problems can be detected and rectified at an early stage.

Simulation not only provides positive cost effects by avoiding complex test campaigns and reducing the development risk, it also allows new and unique applications to be considered in order to optimise the effectiveness of the system for its intended purpose and to provide evidence of qualification.

Simulation can also be used to integrate and test data interfaces within and outside the system at an early stage. Pre-integrated and qualified system components therefore help to ensure a smooth system integration process.

System simulation consequently plays an essential role in improving the adaptation of complex systems to meet our customers' requirements, enabling verification management for complex mission vignettes and achieving higher levels of performance and reliability.

Our services

Our comprehensive simulation framework provides the basis for analysing various system architectures, such as sensor networks, in which digital twins are combined and orchestrated.

The effectiveness of the system can be evaluated and the system behaviour can be optimised based on possible scenarios and mission vignettes. Within this process, statistical analyses (e.g. Monte Carlo simulations) help to identify critical factors and discover possible system optimisation potential.

Given the growing complexity of systems that need to be developed within a short space of time, simulation is not only a key factor but often also the decisive success factor.

Our established solutions range from the emulation of sensor interfaces to system simulation. We use various simulation methods, including model-based, Software in the Loop (SIL) and Hardware in the Loop (HIL) simulations. Our overarching aim is to provide the optimal solution for our customers. This not only involves adapting our solutions to meet specific customer requirements, but also ensuring the high quality of our models.
