During your apprenticeship, you will take on a variety of commercial tasks in various central areas of the company and gain valuable experience in a responsible environment. You will gain comprehensive insights into the processes and interrelationships in areas such as HR, sales, purchasing and finance. Our training coaches will accompany you and support you with any questions you may have. Once you have successfully completed your apprenticeship, a wide range of career paths will be open to you at HENSOLDT.
In the internationally renowned radar stronghold at the HENSOLDT site in Ulm, more than 3000 employees develop and produce complex security electronics.
The site focuses on high-frequency technology and has its roots in well-known predecessor companies such as Telefunken, AEG and EADS. A large proportion of the employees are engineers, primarily from the fields of communications engineering and electrical engineering.
What I particularly appreciate about my training at HENSOLDT is its diversity. I am gaining experience in almost all areas of the company—from purchasing and human resources to customer service—giving me a comprehensive insight into the various processes. This gives me the opportunity to make many new contacts and really understand how the company works. The training is exciting and varied, and I learn something new every day.
