Your apprenticeship as an office management assistant

(f/m/d)

During your apprenticeship, you will get to know the central areas of our company and take on a variety of commercial tasks. You will become an expert in secretarial and assistance tasks and ensure that internal processes run smoothly.

Whether organizing business trips, coordinating meetings, preparing events or checking invoices - you will actively shape many important processes in the background. You will work with modern communication and office management systems and organize important business processes such as business trips, meetings and events. Of course, you will be supported and accompanied by training coaches throughout your apprenticeship. After completing your training, you will have a wide range of prospects at HENSOLDT.

What you can expect:

  • Theory: 1-2 days a week at the Friedrich-List-Schule in Ulm or Immenstaad
  • Training: HENSOLDT location in Ulm or Immenstaad
  • Organization of events, meetings & business trips
  • Creating presentations & meeting minutes for & from meetings
  • Office management activities, such as orders & room bookings

What you bring to the table:

  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Interest in commercial contexts as well as German & mathematics
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment, flexibility
  • Good language skills in German & English

In the internationally renowned radar stronghold at the HENSOLDT site in Ulm , more than 3000 employees develop and produce complex security electronics.

The site focuses on high-frequency technology and has its roots in well-known predecessor companies such as Telefunken, AEG and EADS. A large proportion of the employees are engineers, primarily from the fields of communications engineering and electrical engineering.

At our site in Immenstaad near Friedrichshafen, we develop and manufacture products in the area of Situational Awareness Solutions. Teams from the Customer Support and Space & Airborne Radars divisions are also based here.

Our southernmost location in Germany, with around 420 employees, has been a center for the development and construction of satellites and instruments for scientific space exploration, earth observation and meteorology for more than five decades.
