OPTARION OptaTOC
Tactical operations center for modern air operationsThe challenge
In modern operational environments, fixed command infrastructure is increasingly vulnerable as a primary target.
Achieving operational superiority demands agility, resilience, and the capability to relocate command functions rapidly.
Command is no longer tied to a fixed location but must be mobile, interoperable, and mission-proven to meet the demands of dynamic and contested theatres.
Our solution
OptaTOC (OPTARION Tactical Operations Center) by HENSOLDT addresses these challenges with a deployable, autonomous, and fully integrated ground system that brings command-and-control capabilities directly into the operational theatre.
It supports the full mission cycle from planning to real-time execution and is not merely a container but a complete command capability system.
Already operational and continuously refined through deployments in Mali and Afghanistan, OptaTOC offers flexible deployment options – from fixed base setups to mobile single- or multiple-container configurations – and is designed for future scalability. Built on Software-Defined Defence principles, it separates hardware, software, and data to ensure adaptability and resilience.
The system integrates seamlessly into the operational data space, supporting cross-platform mission applications and enabling multi-domain operations with real-time data fusion and AI-assisted decision-making.
OptaTOC is a mission-centric, platform-agnostic, and system-integrated solution that transforms tactical command into a mobile, collaborative, and future-ready capability.
