Telecommunications Consumer Arbitration Board of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn
In order to settle a dispute with HENSOLDT concerning the cases mentioned in § 47a TKG, the customer can initiate a conciliation procedure at the Telecommunications Consumer Conciliation Board of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn (Consumer Conciliation Board) by submitting an application. HENSOLDT is willing to participate in conciliation proceedings by the Federal Network Agency.
