Sustainability in all its dimensions is a crucial topic for us at HENSOLDT. Besides minimizing our ecological footprint, this means living a culture of integrity as well as fostering our employees and local communities. And last, but not least, it also includes the protection of nations and societies with our innovative sensor solutions.

We are committed to reducing the impact of our operations on the environment, conserving our natural resources and also developing solutions that help protect our planet.


  • Reduce carbon footprint to achieve CO2 neutrality by 2035.
  • Foster operational environmental protection by certifying 100 % of sites for ISO 14001.


We protect the environment, ensure high standards in working conditions and always treat each other with respect along the value chain. We also expect our business partners to recognize their environmental and social responsibility and to follow certain basic ethical principles in their operations.

Protecting Human Rights

Compliance with international obligations to protect human rights is a high priority for HENSOLDT. As a universal set of rules, the Code of Conduct reaffirms HENSOLDT's commitment to upholding human rights inside and outside the company. The values and practices set forth at HENSOLDT comply with internationally recognized standards set forth in charters, declarations and guidelines, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the International Labor Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
