MEOS III is a fully stabilised, compactly designed surveillance system which bundles several state-of-the-art sensors, offering the user clear, high-resolution imaging in any light condition, both at day- and night time.
Sensors within the MEOS III are designed, produced and continuously improved at our facilities in Germany, ensuring the they integrated the most recent technology.
Specific options allow the MEOS III to meet specific naval surveillance, target acquisition and tracking requirements: the addition of a high repetition rate 20Hz laser range finder allows for precise 3D tracking, suitable for a fire control systems, while a short-wave infrared camera allows exceeding atmospheric limits and penetrating haze or fog.
The MEOS III includes standard interfaces for integration within a Combat Management System or Integrated Bridge. System operation is carried out through a dedicated HMI software running on a multifunction console or on a dedicated workstation.
