Description
IR/XP Crypto Simulator is a test device to support testing and integration into platform. It verifies the electrical and cryptographic behaviors of an IFF Mode 4 and or Mode 5 capable interrogator (MSSR 2000I) or transponder (LTR 400).
IR/XP Crypto Simulator comes along with a control SW that can be used to control and monitor the crypto-simulator.

IR/XP Crypto Simulator can simulate the following IFF NATO Mode 4, Mode 5 Level 1 and Level 2 crypto computers:

KIV-78 (AIMS 04-900 Option A)
KIV-77 (AIMS 04-900 Option B)
The crypto-simulator implements a NATO crypto algorithm and therefore does not require any test key variables for Mode 4 and Mode 5 tests
